Our Senior High Foods students have been busy engineering, baking, and decorating some truly incredible gingerbread houses this week!

Moving beyond the standard kit, these students applied their culinary skills to design structures that were as sturdy as they were beautiful. From classic winter cottages to imaginative architectural feats, the classroom has been transformed into a sugary winter wonderland.
