Our Current Grade 10 & 11 Students received their Detailed Academic Report and a reflection sheet at the beginning of March. Students use the student login of powerschool (through the web browser) and is currently open for them to initially request their classes for next year. We would like our current grade 10 and 11 students to request their courses by Thursday April 9th if they have not already done so. (The information from these student requests are then used to build the timetable for next year.)
Grade 11 students will be automatically put into CALM if the course is not currently on their Detailed Academic Report. If they plan on taking CALM over the summer through Vista Virtual, you must register them separately for this – directly through Vista Virtual – this opens on April 13th and is available until June 1st. If they have completed CALM in the summer, we will change their timetable to remove CALM before school starts in the fall.
Grad 11 students can pick 8 other courses if they plan on doing CALM over the summer, again so we have accurate request numbers.
Grade 12 students must pick 6 courses for next year in order to register. Two work experience blocks and 1 additional option can be chosen as placeholders for the system to be happy.
If grade 12 students plan on finishing after first semester, they can email Mrs. Bondarchuk or administration and let us know the minimum 3 courses they want to take so we can get accurate course request numbers
If you are considering enrolling full time with Vista Virtual for the 2026/27 school year, this must be done by the by the 3rd week of September 2026
