The following information has been shared with students in announcements and in their google post secondary classroom (Grade 10, 11, and 12 students.) I am sharing this information on the website (click on the google slideshow to access post secondary information) so that parents can be kept informed. There are different career searching opportunities for students – see the slides below for more information
- SCWIST Quantum Leaps is a virtual career conference uniquely designed for girls from grades 8-12 interested in or curious to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). – Friday February 23rd from 6 – 7 pm -(link is in bolded title) (this is free!) is posted below!
- Careers in Medicine Activity Day – Friday February 23rd – block 2 – Info & google form to register is below!
- University of Alberta Indigenous Student Recruitment Presentation – Monday February 26th at 11:30 AM in Room 56 West – see Mrs. Bondarchuk or Shellina Esch if you would like to attend
- HYRS grade 11 student only summer job – deadline to apply is March 15th (link is in bolded title)
- WISEST grade 11 student only summer job – deadline to apply is April 3rd. (link is in bolded title)
- There is an upcoming Rural Health Day being planned – Thursday April 4th watch for upcoming registration information!
