A Tour of the Trades day is happening on Friday, May 2nd from 9:15am-3:45pm! This event is at no cost to high school students and lunch is provided.

Grade 10-12 students from Barrhead, Neerlandia, and Westlock are invited to register to attend!  Limited spots are available, and students will be put on the waitlist if spots fill up.  The deadline to register is April 15th. Below, you will find the attached poster with more information and a QR code to register/the link to the registration form.

Students will need their parents to sign off on the liability portion of the registration form.

Students will meet us at Barrhead Composite, by their own mode of transportation, and then the bus will take them from there.

We will start the day by travelling to C-5 Chadd Contractors, in Sangudo, where students will learn more about industrial trades, then we will have lunch and then head over to Grizzly Trail Motors to learn about the automotive trades and then head to Northplex to learn more about the construction trades.  Students will be dropped back off at Barrhead Composite at 3:45pm.
